3RVX description:
3RVX is a useful volume notification/control tool which emulates the volume bezel of Mac OS X. When the volume changes, the bezel pops up with the current system volume level.
Turning on the "Enable Hotkeys" item in the config app will make WIN+ and WIN- increase or decrease the volume. In version 1.0, the +/- keys on the main keyboard are supported, as well as the numpad.
